Wildlife and habitats

We support lawful, respectful wildlife viewing and follow guide instructions on distance, noise, feeding, tracking and photography. We do not promote activities that exploit animals or damage habitats.

Culture, dignity and safeguarding

Travellers should request permission before photographing people, respect local customs and avoid gifts or interactions that create harm. Concerns involving children or vulnerable people must be reported promptly through appropriate safeguarding channels.

Environmental choices

We encourage refillable bottles, responsible waste handling, efficient water and energy use, appropriate group sizes and lower-impact choices where practical. Flight and transport impacts should be considered honestly rather than overstated through unverified claims.

Continuous improvement

Responsible travel is an ongoing practice. We welcome feedback from travellers, staff, communities and partners and use it to improve itinerary design and supplier decisions.
