The terms governing website use, travel enquiries, bookings and services arranged through IMARA.Effective: August 15, 2026

1. Using this website

Website information is provided in good faith for general planning. Availability, prices, routes, accommodation and travel requirements may change. A booking is not confirmed until the stated payment and confirmation requirements are completed.

2. Your booking contract

Your proposal, booking confirmation and any supplier-specific terms form part of the contract. The contracting entity, itinerary, traveller names, price, currency, deposit, balance date and cancellation conditions will be stated in the booking documents.

3. Traveller responsibilities

  • Provide complete and accurate names, dates and requirements.
  • Maintain valid passports, visas, permits and required health documents.
  • Obtain suitable travel and medical insurance.
  • Follow safety instructions, local laws and respectful conduct standards.
  • Notify us promptly of relevant mobility, health or dietary needs.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are based on the services, exchange rates, taxes and traveller numbers stated in the proposal. Bank, card or currency-conversion charges may be payable by the traveller. Failure to pay by the due date may be treated as cancellation.

5. Changes and uncontrollable events

Travel arrangements can be affected by weather, wildlife movements, transport, public-health events, government action, security conditions or supplier changes. We may make reasonable substitutions to protect safety and the overall journey. Rights and remedies for significant changes will follow the booking terms and applicable law.

6. Liability

We exercise reasonable care when arranging services, but many services are delivered by independent suppliers. Liability is subject to applicable law, relevant international conventions and the limits stated in confirmed booking documents. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Website content and conduct

Site text, branding, photography and design may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Users must not interfere with site security, submit unlawful material or misuse enquiry and booking facilities.

8. Complaints and governing terms

Please raise concerns during travel where possible so they can be addressed promptly, then submit any unresolved complaint in writing. The governing law and dispute forum applicable to a booking will be identified in its confirmation or determined under mandatory consumer law.
