Booking & Cancellation Policy

Quotes and confirmation

Quotes remain subject to availability until the required deposit or full payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Traveller names should match their travel documents.

Deposits and balances

The proposal states the deposit, payment schedule and currency. Certain permits, flights, lodges or private services may require earlier or non-refundable payment. A booking may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

Traveller cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges are calculated from the date the cancellation is received and may include supplier penalties, non-refundable permits, tickets, payment charges and work already performed. The booking confirmation states the applicable schedule.

Changes requested by travellers

We will try to accommodate changes, subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional costs and reasonable administration charges may apply. Name changes can be treated as cancellations by some suppliers.

Changes or cancellation by us

If a significant confirmed service cannot be delivered, we will offer a reasonable alternative, credit or refund as required by the booking terms and applicable law. Minor itinerary adjustments may be made for safety, weather, wildlife, operational or local conditions.

Force majeure and insurance

Extra costs or unrecoverable supplier payments caused by events beyond reasonable control may not be refundable. Comprehensive insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical care, evacuation and personal belongings is strongly recommended and may be required.
